You must be at least 13 years old to use NexTeamSports.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

• you can legally agree to these Terms;
• the information you provide is accurate;
• you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your account;
• protecting your password and login credentials;
• all activity occurring under your account.

You may not:

• impersonate another person or organization;
• create misleading or fraudulent accounts;
• sell, transfer, or share your account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or damage the Platform experience.

"User Content" includes posts, comments, Fan Voice submissions, War Room challenges, photos, videos, profile images, usernames, messages, uploaded media, event submissions, and other content shared on the Platform.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

However, by posting or uploading content to NexTeamSports, you grant NexTeamSports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, reproduce, promote, feature, modify for formatting purposes, and share your content in connection with the Platform and NexTeamSports promotional activity.

This may include:

• team pages;
• featured fan content;
• social media highlights;
• promotional clips;
• marketing campaigns;
• sponsor-supported promotions;
• and platform advertising.

You confirm that:

• you own the content or have permission to use it;
• your content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights;
• your content complies with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• post illegal, harmful, or abusive content;
• harass, threaten, or bully others;
• promote hate speech or discrimination;
• upload explicit or unsafe material;
• impersonate players, teams, brands, or other users;
• spam or manipulate engagement;
• post copyrighted material without permission;
• distribute malware or harmful code;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• use the Platform for fraud or unlawful activity.

NexTeamSports reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

Fan Voice and War Room are community-driven features intended for fan engagement, opinions, predictions, and discussion.

Users understand that:

• opinions expressed belong to the users posting them;
• NexTeamSports does not guarantee accuracy of user-generated content;
• War Room challenges are for entertainment and community engagement purposes.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• points, rankings, and rewards have no cash value;
• platform points are not currency;
• users may not exchange platform points for real-money gambling activity.

Certain areas of the Platform may include sponsored placements, advertisements, affiliate promotions, branded content, event partnerships, and promotional offers.

NexTeamSports may receive compensation from sponsors, advertisers, or affiliate partners. Sponsored content will generally be identified where appropriate.

The NexTeamSports name, branding, logos, graphics, platform design, software, and original content are owned by NexTeamSports or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform materials without permission.

Team names, league names, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Users participating in watch parties, community meetups, fan gatherings, or other events do so at their own risk.

NexTeamSports is not responsible for user conduct at events, injuries, disputes, damages, theft, or third-party venue operations.

Event organizers may establish additional rules or requirements.

Your use of NexTeamSports is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that certain information may be collected and processed to operate and improve the Platform experience.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms;
• create safety concerns;
• damage the Platform;
• violate intellectual property rights;
• or engage in abusive behavior.

We reserve the right to remove content or features without notice where necessary.

NexTeamSports is provided on an "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, continuous availability, or permanent storage of content. Features may change, evolve, or be removed over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexTeamSports and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, service interruptions, or user-generated content disputes.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
